Pilates MatworkIn Pilates Matwork we emphasize core strength, muscular control and physical stamina. We practice exercises that engage the mind and condition the whole body, promoting strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. In this class you will learn the concepts of alignment, breath and control through classic and modern Pilates mat exercises. No prior knowledge of Pilates is required! (1hr class)

Hatha YogaIn Hatha Yoga we practice a variety of yoga postures with a focus on alignment while also improving balance, strength and mobility. This class has a slower pace than a Vinyasa Flow, allowing us to develop greater muscular endurance. It is accessible through modifications, yet challenging with some longer holds. Breathwork is incorporated to enhance concentration and calmness. All levels welcome. (1hr class)

Cardio FitThis is a high-energy, low-impact exercise class that will get your heart pumping! We will burn some calories, and help to improve strength & tone. This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications provided for more intense moves. We start with a warm-up, set the tunes to go and get moving! We work on cardio step style movements, combined with muscular conditioning for a great workout! Each class ends with a cool-down stretch. This is a barefoot class, no shoes, since the Studio is matted! (1hr class)

Fitness FundamentalsIn our Fitness Fundamentals classes you can expect a warm-up of dynamic movements & exercises, followed by a light resistance training workout. Expect a fun workout, with improvement in strength, stamina & athletic conditioning. All levels are welcome, modification are provided and encouraged! Each class will end with a cool-down, full body stretch. Indoor shoes are required & please bring a yoga mat if you have one for the cool-down. Class mats are available if needed. (1hr class)

Classes for Kids (ages 8-12)Kids Yoga classes is 45 minutes, Wednesdays at 5:45pm. Classes can be booked individually, or you can purchase a multi-class pass. These classes are fun and interactive. In Kids Yoga we promote respect for ourselves and others and move our bodies in a fun but safe way with focus and concentration.
